Plastic Contract Manufacturers: Rotational Molding

Looking for plastic contract manufacturers? Gregstrom is a third-generation, family-owned, rotational molding company and plastic thermoformer with a 60,000 sq. ft. facility in Woburn, Massachusetts, USA. For nearly 70 years, we’ve been an industry leader in custom rotational molding and heavy-gauge thermoforming. As a rotational molder, we also provide complete testing and assembly services.

Gregstrom Corporation uses rotational molding services to create hollow plastic parts according to your precise specifications, and with low tooling costs and value-added post-mold services. With our roto molding services, powder or resin is loaded into a hollow mold which then rotates on two axes inside an oven until the inside of the mold is coated uniformly. After the mold is cooled, the hollow plastic part is removed.

About Gregstrom

Plastic Contract Manufacturers: Thermoforming

Plastic thermoforming services use large, thick plastic sheets to create demanding parts and products. Gregstrom supports sheet sizes up to 60” x 120” (.040”-.500” thick). We also have twin sheet forming capabilities. Plus, our custom color matching and textured tooling can eliminate the need for painting.

With sheet sizes that are larger than most of our regional competitors can handle, Gregstrom’s plastic thermoforming services are also diverse. We can match colors based on chips or samples, create thermoformed parts from various plastic materials, and meet the demands of your sales forecasts.

Gregstrom forms custom thermoformed parts from plastics such as ABS, acrylic/PVC, HIPS, HDPE, LDPE, PP, PETG, and polycarbonate. Ask us how textured tooling and plastic sheets in custom colors can eliminate the need for painting parts.
